Paint Colors for Re-Painting

There are paint cards in the entryway.  Please check them out and pick your favorite two, and email to Jen & Matt.  (Remember the swatches will look different during the daytime and at night.)

The next step will be that Matt paints larger swatches of the finalists for everyone to vote on as a winner.

Round 1 voting ends…Saturday Morning, June 20th.  Thank you for participating!

Building Update 06.13.14

There was a downfall of water that got past both the check valve and the sump pump.  The sump pump is now containing it. The basement floor might be a little damp.  Shorty is scheduled to come this weekend to clean it up, pending on weekend train coverage.

Also, obviously the city has not yet cleaned the graffiti on the side of the building, we are looking into other methods of removal.

Building Updates 06.06.14

Board Meeting – A 30 minute board meeting will be held Monday the 9th at a TBD location.  Please check an email from 240prospect@gmail.com for details.

Graffiti On Vanderbilt – The building was tagged on the Prospect Place side. The city power-washes graffiti for free.  They have been notified and hopefully the wall will be cleaned in the next three business days or so. Thank you for your patience.

Bike Corrals on Vanderbilt – The Prospect Heights Neighborhood Development Council is conducting a survey to assess community opinion. The merchants will submit the results of this survey with their applications to DOT.  Click here to learn more and participate –https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1bCyLLvWJU2cpRzLvu3X0At0G0dlpKpTLaDmMP56rE7U/viewform
