The 240 Prospect Place Corporation is an eight unit residential Coop and one unit commercial Condo that is located in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn.   Its goal is to run a financially viable Cond-op with a friendly environment for its shareholders.

The Cond-op was established in 1989 when the building residences were converted to a Coop from rental units.  Located at the intersection of Prospect Place and Vanderbilt Ave., 240 Prospect Place is a part of the landmarked, historic district in Prospect Heights.
